To have a family member or friend that has been victim of a crime can entail that someone you know has been the victim of physical abuse, emotinal abuse, sexual abuse, threats or other types of crime. As a relative, partner or friend you have the right to support and help!
Victim Support Centre Västerort is a non-profit organisation that offers support to people living in Bromma, Hässelby-Vällingby, Rinkeby-Kista, Spånga-Tensta, Solna, Sunbyberg and Ekerö.
Here at Victim Support Centre Västerort there are people who can help you. We are called support persons (stödpersoner) and we can help you if you want to talk to someone about your experiences. We can also help you with answering questions and give you information about how to report a crime to the police and how the trail works. We can also go with you to the police or to trial as support.
Our help is free of charge and you do not have to tell us your name if you do not want to. We do not tell anyone else what you tell us. You can contact us by phone or e-mail and if you want to you can schedule a personal meeting to talk with us.
We are open Monday to Friday between 9 am and 5 pm. If we do not answer you can leave a message on the answering machine or send us a text message so that we can call you back.
